Job Summary
As a Senior VLSI Library Methodology Engineer at NVIDIA, you will architect automation that powers library modeling, quality checks, and release for NVIDIA’s physical design flows. You will develop scalable systems for physical design and quality checking, build automated flows for library analysis, and collaborate with design teams to enhance cell design methodologies. The role demands expertise in chip design flows, advanced programming skills, and significant experience in library modeling and physical design automation.
Required Qualifications
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of Physical Design and CAD methodology experience
- 2+ years in library modeling, quality systems, or physical design automation
- Proven understanding of chip design flows
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining library models with emphasis on system-level quality, robustness, and automation
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced programming skills in Python, C++, and Perl
- Experience in workflow automation with software architecture and data pipelines development
