Job Summary
Senior Visual Designer role with hybrid 3-days-on/3-days-off rotation and weekend/holiday coverage. Responsible for leading design and production for a Fortune 50 client, managing daily intake, prioritization, creative execution, project coordination, vendor communication, and quality control. Serves as primary client contact during coverage shifts, collaborates with pod teammates and stakeholders, prepares production-ready files for vendor handoff, and maintains organization and confidentiality across shifts. Requires strong visual design skills across digital, print, environmental, and production applications; expert proficiency in macOS and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) with working knowledge of Figma; proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Google Gemini, Grok, Adobe Firefly); solid project coordination, client communication, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays; familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Box, and cloud storage; ability to manage handoffs and maintain continuity across rolling or shift-based coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- An equivalent combination of related work experience, training, and/or education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job will also be considered.
- Experience preparing files for print and digital, generating AI images and videos, coordinating with vendors, managing production details, and working directly with clients is required.
