Job Summary
Collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to conceptualize visually compelling solutions for the Harmony Operating System and Huawei devices. Research emerging market trends in design aesthetics and technology, conduct benchmark analyses of products and digital experiences, and define UX concepts, future product visions, and user scenarios. Create high-quality visuals for digital interfaces ensuring brand consistency, contribute to art direction and visual strategy, and interact with motion designers or 3D artists to enhance visual concepts. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with a gross annual salary typically ranging from €50,000 to €65,000. This role supports the Milan Aesthetic Research Center's mission to create compelling customer experiences for Huawei products and retail spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in UI design and Art Direction, for digital products or ideally operating systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing advanced visual design skills and creativity
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and AI generative tools (Midjourney, Magnific, Kling)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to work in a multicultural and international environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of motion design (e.g., After Effects) and/or 3D modeling/animation tools (e.g., Cinema 4D)
- Familiarity with design systems and prototyping tools
