Job Summary
Senior Visual Designer to lead campaign-level visual direction across channels, maintain brand consistency across touchpoints, and design for static, animated, and interactive formats. Build scalable visual frameworks (e.g., modular kits, campaign ecosystems) and address complex design challenges with strategic solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute design projects, mentor junior designers, and ensure high-quality UX/UI design outcomes. Requires 4–6 years of UX/UI experience with 3+ years in B2C, proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus strong communication skills. Location: Bengaluru campus, India.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in UX/UI design
- 3+ years of B2C experience
- Previous experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers
- Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- UI motion design is a plus
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
