Senior Virtual Commissioning Engineer

Senior role leading design and development of virtual commissioning and simulation models for automated production equipment across automotive and general-industry environments. Create digital models independently to support virtual validation of manufacturing systems, controls logic, and process behavior, and collaborate across mechanical, electrical, controls, and software disciplines to ensure accuracy and efficient workflows. Develop engineering utilities, automation workflows, and model-generation tools to improve efficiency and standardization; track tasks and communicate results to stakeholders. Deliver model-creation and digital-services engagements for fe.screen-sim customers, stand up first-level customer support and training, and become the resident fe.screen-sim expert for integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices. Deliver technical workshops and demos; support the technical sales cycle with solution scoping and ROI framing; contribute to building the US pipeline of net-new accounts across automotive, suppliers, logistics, automation, and mechanical engineering.
