Job Summary
Develop strong, compliant relationships across a broad range of health care providers by understanding their needs and sharing accurate information about Invivyd's products. Facilitate clinical dialogues to compel customers to act on behalf of their patients and engage the entire account to identify obstacles. Identify shared priorities and leverage knowledge within the full account to develop a territory business plan that drives product demand. Manage your territory with a business owner mindset, owning outcomes with urgency while staying compliant with company policies and industry regulations. Deliver compelling product presentations and educational discussions to support patient care decisions using approved resources. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and market access teams to support customer needs and win together. Aggregate customer, market data, and insights to effectively apply multiple channels to drive total selling engagements. Operate with an enterprise mindset to gather and share feedback to help Invivyd continuously improve how we serve providers and patients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Sales experience in life sciences or healthcare or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales in biotech, pharmaceuticals or medical device customer-facing roles
- Current, valid state driver's license
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) background check
- Live within the stated territory
- Ability to be in the field five days a week, including overnights as required
- Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory, as required
- Proven winning attitude with a growth mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage in meaningful conversations with healthcare providers
- Coachable and eager to learn - open to feedback, willing to adapt, and motivated to grow into a high-performing sales professional
- Demonstrated persistence, resilience, agility, and a strong work ethic; comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of territory responsibilities
