Job Summary
Senior Videographer/Content Creator to lead the development of digital content that elevates our brand. Plan, storyboard, and execute concepts for social media, web, campaigns, and brand initiatives; lead filming, lighting, audio, and post-production; produce assets (video, photography, graphics, copy) optimized for social and digital platforms; collaborate with marketing to shape strategy and messaging; edit, color-grade, and add motion graphics; manage a content calendar, analyze engagement, and stay ahead of trends; organize asset library and coordinate with design, product, and marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling; lead creative direction from concept through completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in content creation, video production, or creative marketing
- Expert knowledge of video and photo production equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, lighting, audio)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Strong storytelling, visual composition, and editing skills
- Experience producing both short-form (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with social media analytics, SEO, and content performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and lead creative direction from concept through completion
