Job Summary
Shoot, produce, and edit all short-form and long-form video content, including interviewing players, storyboarding, writing scripts, directing crews, and approving final products. Manage the video creation process, authorize editing schedules, and oversee relationships with outside vendors while ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets. Develop and mentor a team of video producers through active supervision, coaching, and resource management. Work interdepartmentally to fulfill sponsorship commitments and ensure compliance with league rules and guidelines. Oversee equipment purchases, maintain organizational archives, and stay current on production trends and innovations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in video production or related field
- Must possess a portfolio of relevant work experience
- 6+ years of experience in video production in a professional environment
- 0-2 years of proven experience managing full-time employees
- Must be proficient in digital video editing techniques and systems, including the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Proficient in audio editing, music editing, mixing, and mastering
- Knowledgeable and proficient camera operator
- Working knowledge of video, editing, sound and lighting equipment
- Proficient in setup of lighting, use of audio recording and monitoring equipment and video ingest and logging process, transcoding and various video codecs, formats, and standards
- Must be able to travel as needed
- Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
- Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
- Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
- Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
- Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds over head (camera equipment)

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of NFL rules, history, gameplay, players etc.
- Passion for the intersection of sports and pop culture a plus
