Job Summary
Shoot, produce, and edit short-form and long-form video content, including interviewing players, storyboarding, scripting, and directing crews. Manage the video creation process, authorize editing schedules, and oversee relationships with outside vendors to ensure projects complete on time and budget. Develop and mentor a team of video producers through active supervision, coaching, and resource management. Work interdepartmentally to fulfill sponsorship commitments and determine audio and visual effects for final products. Oversee equipment purchases, maintain organizational archives, and ensure all content adheres to league rules and privacy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in video production or related field
- Must possess a portfolio of relevant work experience
- 6+ years of experience in video production in a professional environment

- 0-2 years of proven experience managing full-time employees
