Job Summary
Edit world-class video content from rough cut to final delivery, incorporating color correction, sound design, and motion graphics. Manage large-scale media asset ingestion, organization, cataloging, and archiving while providing editorial guidance in pre-shoot meetings, on-site, and post-production. Translate creative briefs and brand strategies into high-impact videos for Terran R, assisting production teams with camera operations during shoots. Work in a collaborative environment to shape external and internal perception of the company, requiring frequent trips to Stennis, MS, and Cape Canaveral, FL, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film or Media Production, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience as an editor within a collaborative environment with a portfolio demonstrating a wide range of projects and different editing styles
- Pro-level fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects
- Strong attention to detail and project organization with a ability to deliver quality work on-time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle multiple editing projects and deadlines in parallel
- Availability to make frequent trips to our locations in Stennis, MS and Cape Canaveral, FL and work on a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, technology, or other engineering-led industries
- Strong understanding of brand campaigns, art direction and social/digital media ecosystems
- Experience with animation software including Cinema4D and Blender
