Job Summary
Create short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels by turning scripts and creative briefs into polished, engaging videos. Edit product demos, screen recordings, tutorials, advertisements, and educational content while combining AI-generated footage with traditional video, stock assets, and motion graphics. Build repeatable, scalable AI-assisted production workflows using tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling, and HeyGen to experiment with text-to-video, AI avatars, voiceovers, and visual effects. Work with marketing and content teams to develop concepts, repurpose existing material, and continuously test emerging AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience creating AI-generated and AI-assisted video content
- Strong experience with AI video generation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Veo, Sora, Kling, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, sound design, typography, motion graphics, and visual effects
- Experience creating high-performing content for social media and digital marketing
- Strong creative judgment and the ability to turn an idea or script into compelling visual content
- Ability to work independently and take ownership from concept through final delivery
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing, creative storytelling, and AI-generated video work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Higgsfield or similar AI-first video generation platforms
- Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Luma, or similar tools
- Motion graphics and animation expertise
- Experience creating viral short-form content
- Experience working with AI/SaaS, technology, or consumer internet brands
- Understanding of content formats and best practices across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
- Experience building AI-assisted production pipelines that reduce editing time while maintaining quality
