Job Summary
Senior Video Editor & Visual Designer to guide Agora’s brand storytelling across video and visual assets. Responsibilities include end-to-end video post-production for marketing assets (sizzle reels, event recaps, demos, social clips), podcast post-production, short-form content from long-form assets (webinars, interviews, virtual events), and creating polished visual assets for social, digital campaigns, landing pages, sales decks, and print collateral. The role reinforces brand guidelines, builds reusable templates, collaborates withProduct Marketing, Content, Growth, and regional marketing teams, and works with cross-functional stakeholders and external contributors. Must demonstrate strong editing craft, a robust portfolio across formats, graphic design fundamentals, and the ability to overlap with US PT hours. Proficiency with editing and design tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is highly valued. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in a related field are required; experience in US-based software/tech environments and B2B SaaS knowledge is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, motion content, and graphic design, preferably in full-time roles supporting US-based software or technology companies
- Advanced video editing skills with strong storytelling, pacing, audio effects and music mastery, typography, layout, and high production standards
- Ability to edit a range of formats including podcast video, product marketing videos, interviews, explainers, webinars, and short-form social content
- Strong graphic design fundamentals, including layout, typography, brand consistency, and asset creation across digital and print formats
- Ability to maintain overlapping hours with US Pacific Time for synchronous collaboration
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage feedback, and move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Experience coordinating with freelancers, agencies, or other external contributors
- Technical toolkit including: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro; After Effects; Figma; Canva; Adobe Creative Suite; audio workflow; AI-assisted workflow; channel fluency across web, mobile, broadcast, and social channels
- Industry knowledge in B2B SaaS, developer tools, APIs, real-time communications, or conversational AI preferred
