Job Summary
Senior Video & 3D Lead responsible for ideating, creating, and executing premium video and 3D assets across global channels. Lead and mentor a global design team, drive creative projects from concept to completion, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, and translate business requirements into compelling creative solutions using AI-enabled tools. Role requires hybrid work from the UK (Guildford) with 1-2 days in-office, strong leadership in marketing deliverables across product, corporate, channel, web, and e-commerce, and ability to present concepts to senior leadership while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- motion, video, 3D tools (After Effects, Premiere, Maya, Unreal, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of brand systems, templates, typography, layout, and production standards
- Utilization of AI in creative development
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate into finished assets
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent collaboration and time-management skills
- Experience presenting concepts to senior leadership and clients
- Portfolio showcasing executional design excellence across digital and marketing channels
