Job Summary
As a Senior Vice President - Transaction Services Sales Cash Consultant Iberia, you will lead the growth of Daily Banking business and profitability by originating new Transaction Services mandates within the Wholesale Banking client portfolio. You will be responsible for managing complex cash mandates from pre-lead to implementation, generating new deals with existing and new clients, and collaborating on business strategy to promote Cash solutions. The role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to balance client expectations with risk management, and a focus on cross-selling TS Solutions while maintaining relationships and analyzing client profitability. The ideal candidate possesses strong Commercial and organizational skills, is an ambitious entrepreneur, and has the responsibility of adhering to KYC guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent commercial skills
- Strong organizational sensitivity
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese valued
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Iberian clients in Cash Management solutions
- In-depth technical knowledge of PCM and Liquidity products
- Knowledge of Trade products (Bank guarantees, Receivables, Supply Chain Finance)
