Job Summary
Execute annual auditable entity risk assessments and define the annual audit plan, setting individual scope and testing for technology systems. Oversee successful audit execution while identifying risk-based gaps in processes and leading issue discussions with management to secure remedial actions. Manage staff performance and development, maintain relationships with key technology staff, and engage in relevant training to apply knowledge to the wider audit team. Prioritize project workflows and investigate unexpected situations with thoughtful analysis and resolution. This senior leadership role within the Internal Audit Department requires 12-15 years of IT auditing experience and strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in IT auditing or Cybersecurity
- Proven experience in conducting IT Audits
- Strong understanding of IT general controls, cybersecurity, cloud, data governance and resiliency principles
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and Information Systems management
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage senior stakeholders across the firm
