Job Summary
Oversee and manage operations across a multispecialty healthcare network, including a surgical center and diagnostic center. Develop operational processes to enhance patient care, efficiency, and profitability while collaborating with clinical and administrative teams. Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and driving patient experience initiatives. Work with executive leadership to identify and execute business development opportunities. This role requires 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations within South Florida, with bilingual English and Spanish skills preferred. Salary is $225,000 per year with a full benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, particularly within multispecialty clinics, surgical centers, or diagnostic centers
- Proven track record of managing large, complex healthcare operations
- Experience with financial management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement
- Resides in South Florida
- Demonstrates strong leadership, operational expertise, and strategic thinking

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in South Florida
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
