Job Summary
The Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnership Lead will partner closely with business-line leaders to identify strategic priorities and innovation gaps, develop a global startup and VC ecosystem map, and source and evaluate startups to address business challenges. Responsibilities include leading the design and oversight of proof of concepts (POCs) and pilots, collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders. Required qualifications include 6-10 years in strategic partnerships or related fields and experience with startups and VCs.
Required Qualifications
- 6 - 10 years of work experience in strategic partnerships, project management, corporate venturing, strategy or product management, preferably within financial services
- Proven ability to engage with startups, VCs, and ecosystem players—sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and executing startup engagements or pilot programs
- Comfortable negotiating partnerships with startup founders and building trusted relationships that lead to long-term collaboration
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial-services business models
