Job Summary
Senior VP, Segment Marketing, Asset Owners & Corporations leads segment strategy and go-to-market initiatives for Asset Owners and Corporations in the New York City area. Responsibilities include developing deep segment understanding, crafting GTM strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating compelling content and marketing collateral, and designing and executing multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs. The role emphasizes event management, cross-functional alignment, and leadership within a fast-paced financial services marketing organization. MBA preferred; 10-12 years of B2B marketing experience and strong communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities are required.
Required Qualifications
- 10-12 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a related industry
- MBA preferred
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies for defined client segments, multi-segment experience (e.g. Asset Owners and/or Corporations) strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly analytical mindset and attention to key metrics
- Ability to run experiments and continuous testing to optimize performance
- Agile approach to growth marketing and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in motivating teams while collaborating in a matrixed organization
