Job Summary

Lead a large, geographically dispersed team to provide strategic leadership across a national portfolio of residential and commercial assets. Establish clear performance expectations, develop future leaders, and improve processes to implement consistent operating standards while driving financial performance. Think like an owner by guiding capital investment decisions, championing preventative maintenance, and ensuring operational decisions support both immediate performance and long-term asset value. Collaborate with colleagues in Asset Management, Development, Leasing, Finance, Investments, and Capital Projects to ensure properties deliver exceptional value. Shape the next chapter of the property management platform grounded in quality, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
