Job Summary
Serve as a program director on mega power projects, leading the delivery of multiple connected projects through design, construction, and closeout phases. Manage client commercial interests and drive on-time and on-budget delivery. Responsible for schedule analysis, project issue resolution, and improving operational performance metrics. Develop Project Management Plans encompassing various management disciplines and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders. Lead staff development through mentoring and training, ensure performance and profitability of contracts, and maintain a culture valuing innovative expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant Program Management experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing major power projects
- Proven experience in the delivery of public infrastructure projects with construction costs exceeding $1 billion
- Extensive Design-Build project delivery experience on major utility projects
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced SME-level proficiency with power engineering principles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

- Must be able to work in the US
- Required to be in the work location 5 days per week
