Job Summary
Program well-designed, testable code in scalable client-side and server-side architectures while analyzing, designing, and developing test-automation suites. Maintain software functionality and currency by actively participating in code reviews and executing full lifecycle software development. Integrate components into fully functional systems applying security and privacy principles, and facilitate technical discussions to oversee team development work. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting engineering best practices for rapid iterations and frequent releases. Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery across all systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ plus years of full stack technical experience
- Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot/REST development, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (3 plus Years)
- Proficient in AI coding
- Experience in test automation development using Cypress, Selenium or similar
- Experience in Agile methodologies, either Sprint or Kanban
- Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD, Agile principles
- Strong technical and communication skills required
