Senior Vice President, Product Manager - Document Custody & eCustody Solutions

Job Summary
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Document Custody and eCustody solutions, translating client, operational, and regulatory requirements into scalable digital workflows. Lead product discovery and solution design across physical custody, eVault capabilities, and document lifecycle management to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Drive the design, development, launch, and commercialization of eVault solutions supporting mortgage, auto loan, and other consumer lending asset classes while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams. Champion Agile delivery practices, manage product backlogs, and establish success metrics to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Financial Technology, Corporate Trust, Document Custody, eCustody, or related domains
- deep expertise in document custody operations, eVault platforms, electronic custody, and document lifecycle management
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of building, launching, commercializing, and scaling client-facing eVault and digital custody solutions
- Demonstrated experience delivering eVault and digital custody platforms for mortgage, auto loan, and other consumer lending asset classes
- strong knowledge of digital collateral ecosystems, eNotes, eVault interoperability, MISMO standards, and related industry frameworks
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Client Management teams
