Job Summary
Advance the product strategy and portfolio vision by sharpening a multi-year roadmap tied to OKRs and making hard calls on investments across the accounting, financial assurance, and integrated payments products. Lead and grow the product organization by building, leveling, and coaching a high-performing team in design and operations. Champion customer trust by running structured discovery programs and embedding reliability and compliance into the lifecycle for 27,000+ schools and 11 million parents. Drive commercial outcomes by partnering with revenue on pricing, packaging, and monetization to move NRR and win rates. Set the operating model for discovery-to-delivery, define the data and AI agenda, and align the executive team on shared conviction.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in product leadership
- overseeing Product at high-growth B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience scaling a SaaS business
- FinTech experience
- built products where money movement, accuracy, and trust are core to the job
- Led UX design and research
- A track record of driving commercial outcomes
- building the business case for product investments up front with GTM
- owning pricing, packaging, and monetization
- Have built and evolved product operating models
