Job Summary
Develop product "North Star" strategy by collaborating with design and engineering peers to align with multiple business lines and the competitive landscape. Lead product development across pods, prioritizing roadmaps, backlogs, and partner intake while defining requirements, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Drive execution by managing dependencies, risks, and delivery against objectives, and coordinate product roll-outs with broader platform and key partner releases. Coach product owners to build cross-functional teams and apply best practices. Maintain and improve products to ensure target adoption and results aligned with OKRs. Requires 14+ years in product management within financial services or fintech, including expertise in digital technologies, APIs, and Identity & Access Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 14 years of experience in product management
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, APIs, and Identity & Access Management (IAM), including authentication, authorization, and entitlement management
- Experience defining and managing end-to-end user journeys and underlying system workflows across multiple platforms and APIs
- Deep understanding of user needs
- Commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
