Senior Vice President - Outpatient Care (MD/DO Required)

Job Summary
Drive the strategic direction of integrated outpatient care services by partnering with clinical leadership to cultivate innovative bio-psycho-social care delivery models. Oversee all operations across nine clinic sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery, productivity, and financial stewardship for primary care, psychiatry, behavioral health, addiction medicine, pharmacy, and specialty services. Develop new outpatient service lines in response to community needs while fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration between mental health, physical health, and social support services. Lead a visionary physician team to break down barriers to care for under-resourced populations throughout Central Indiana.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO degree
- Minimum of seven (7) years of clinical experience
- Leadership experience in leading programmatic integration of physical and behavioral health
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Indiana or ability to obtain one prior to start date
- Drug screen
- TB test
- extensive background checks (including Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Education Verification, and Professional References)
