Job Summary
Manage, oversee, and grow SP-owned physician practices by setting future-state strategy, goals, and operating models while driving standardization across the portfolio. Develop and implement best practice processes, playbooks, and standard dashboards to improve day-to-day performance, revenue, and bottom-line results. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice leaders, and facility administrators to resolve complex issues and support associated ASCs and hospitals. Lead the Practice Management team, run high-value strategic projects like RCM optimization, and assess practice M&A opportunities to prioritize strategic fit and operational value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare practice management
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Fellowship in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)
- Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE)
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead large teams and manage multiple priorities
