Lead enterprise operational strategy, execution, and organizational infrastructure across Nxt Property Management. Partner with the President and COO to translate strategic vision into measurable results, strengthen systems and processes, drive growth initiatives, and uphold culture and service standards. Represent the organization with clients, ownership groups, industry partners, and stakeholders while guiding operational performance, scalability, and financial accountability across the company.
