Job Summary
Lead and grow multifamily construction operations across several Southeast markets, overseeing full operational and financial performance with P&L accountability. Direct multiple regional teams to ensure successful delivery of ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and mentor senior leaders while establishing scalable processes that drive consistency and profitability. Build strong relationships with developers, owners, and strategic clients to support continued geographic expansion. Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and long-term growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily construction
- Proven executive leadership experience overseeing large regional or multi-state construction operations
- Demonstrated success with full P&L responsibility for significant construction business units
- Extensive background leading ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments ranging from approximately $10 million to $50 million
- Experience managing multiple offices, business units, or geographic regions
- Strong ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing operational leadership teams
- Exceptional client relationship and business development skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build systems, improve processes, and scale operations
- Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tampa, Florida area
- Candidates throughout Florida, Alabama, and Georgia
