Senior Vice President of Multifamily Construction

Job Summary
Lead and grow multifamily construction operations across Southeast markets while overseeing full P&L accountability and multiple concurrent projects. Direct regional teams to ensure successful delivery of ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments from preconstruction through closeout, driving operational excellence in safety, quality, and financial performance. Develop and mentor senior leaders including Regional and Operations Managers to build a scalable operational infrastructure supporting geographic expansion. Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning and long-term growth initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with developers, owners, and strategic clients.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily construction
- Proven executive leadership experience overseeing large regional or multi-state construction operations
- Demonstrated success with full P&L responsibility for significant construction business units
- Extensive background leading ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments ranging from approximately $10 million to $50 million
- Experience managing multiple offices, business units, or geographic regions
- Strong ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing operational leadership teams
- Exceptional client relationship and business development skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build systems, improve processes, and scale operations
- Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tampa, Florida area
- Candidates throughout Florida, Alabama, and Georgia
