Job Summary
Senior Vice President of Marketing responsible for enterprise-wide marketing, communications, and digital experience strategy across brand, growth, and member engagement. Lead and coordinate Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, and Digital Experience initiatives; translate organizational strategy into integrated marketing programs; strengthen brand positioning, digital experiences, and ROI across channels; establish data-driven performance frameworks, metrics, and insights to optimize effectiveness; foster a high-performing, compliant, and innovation-driven marketing organization with close partnership to the CEO and executive leadership; drive member acquisition, engagement, and journey-based marketing while balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
Required Qualifications
- Senior marketing leadership in financial services or regulated environments
- Experience leading digital strategy focused on website and channel optimization for conversion
- Executive leadership skills with ability to influence, develop leaders, and drive cross-functional alignment
- Budgeting, forecasting, and ROI-driven decision-making
