Job Summary
Lead full operational leadership of the hotel portfolio, partnering with divisional leaders to manage performance, service delivery, and cost controls. Review financial and operational results with General Managers to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction while overseeing risk management, labor controls, and competitive positioning. Design and execute a structured program of on-site inspections and mystery audits to evaluate property maintenance, cleanliness, and guest-facing service quality, presenting findings and building corrective action plans. Set system-wide HOA strategy, policies, and service levels, serving as the escalation point for governance matters and tracking regulatory compliance across states. Requires 10+ years of executive hotel operations experience, with regular travel of 50–80% including weekends, holidays, and outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of executive-level hotel operations experience with multi-property responsibility
- Regular travel to properties for operational oversight
- Additional unannounced travel for audits
- Travel typically 50–80%, depending on portfolio size
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required
