Job Summary
Senior leadership role overseeing multifamily asset management across a growing nationwide portfolio. Directly accountable to firm ownership and principals, with responsibilities including partnering on strategic business plans for existing assets and acquisitions, conducting in-depth financial analyses, leading due diligence, advising on capital allocation and asset repositioning, overseeing asset life-cycle activities from onboarding to disposition, coordinating with property management teams, establishing performance metrics and reporting standards, overseeing renovation programs to enhance asset value and NOI, and leading a high-performance asset management team while engaging with investors and ownership. Requires strong financial modeling, proficiency with Yardi Voyager, and demonstrated leadership in complex, geographically diverse portfolios; MBA or Master’s in Real Estate strongly preferred alongside a Bachelor’s degree.
