Job Summary
Senior leader accountable for designing and delivering metrics and analytics capabilities to support executive decision-making. Responsibilities include generating standard or custom reports and dashboards to summarize business, financial, and economic data; providing technical support and maintaining a library of model documents and templates; coordinating real-time monitoring of KPIs; developing BI tools and data visualizations; collaborating with internal teams to align measurement plans with business strategies; and leveraging SQL, ETL, Snowflake, Vertica, Oracle, and Pentaho to build end-to-end data solutions. Emphasis on credit risk, KPI development, data governance, observability, and cost management within a financial services context. The role may permit remote work within a commutable distance from the Pittsburgh worksite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in financial services
- Experience designing visualization and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools
- Experience using SQL with databases (Vertica, Oracle) and ETL data sourcing
- Experience performing system integration and end-to-end data solutions
- Experience with Snowflake (including Snowpipe) and governance cost controls
- Proficiency with Pentaho or similar transformation tools
- Experience with SFTP or APIs for enterprise data delivery
