Job Summary

Senior Vice President, Learning & Performance leading Talent Strategy and enterprise skills initiatives for BNY. Partners with senior stakeholders to embed a skills-driven talent strategy, strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance internal mobility, and enable consistent talent decisions. Build scalable frameworks, tools, and governance to advance assessment, development, and promotion, aligning with the firm’s talent architecture. Responsibilities include rolling out the enterprise skills framework, translating skills strategy into scalable tools and guidance, integrating skills into goal setting and development planning, governance of talent architecture, defining enterprise-wide assessment approaches, designing criteria for talent evaluation, enabling data visibility with analytics, standardizing tools and reporting for succession planning and nominations, promoting leadership readiness, and supporting level-based role expectations and promotion readiness. Requirements include strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills, experience building frameworks and scalable processes, ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced enterprise environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred). Location: New York, NY, United States.
