Job Summary
Lead design and adoption of automation and AI-driven capabilities within the Technical Change Management lifecycle, including partnering with tooling teams (e.g., ServiceNow, Eliza) to evaluate, pilot, and operationalize AI capabilities such as change summarization, planning assistance, quality scoring, and predictive insights. Define guardrails and oversight controls to ensure AI-enabled decisions remain explainable, auditable, and compliant. Own continuous improvement of the end-to-end Technical Change Management process, with a focus on simplification, scalability, and risk-based decisioning. Implement ITIL 4 Change Enablement practices, internal risk frameworks and control requirements, and align with audit, regulatory, and model risk management expectations. Define and track KPIs and OKRs demonstrating automation value, and collaborate with engineering, SRE, production, and change stakeholders to drive adoption of automated and AI-assisted change workflows. Translate technical capabilities into clear guidance, training, and playbooks for change requestors, approvers, and CAB participants.
