Senior Vice President, Head of Private Credit & Co-Head of Alternatives

Develop and execute Everest's private credit investment strategy across direct lending, asset-based finance, and structured credit segments. Lead portfolio construction, manager selection, and sizing decisions while overseeing due diligence, underwriting, and performance monitoring. Serve as Co-Head of Alternatives to determine strategic allocations across private equity, real assets, and secondaries, collaborating on asset allocation studies and liquidity planning. Partner with Enterprise Risk Management to evaluate investments through risk-adjusted return, economic capital usage, and regulatory capital models, developing stress testing frameworks and implementing mitigation strategies. Build and maintain relationships with leading private credit managers and industry participants to establish Everest as a respected institutional investor. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing investment team while driving recruiting, retention, and succession planning efforts.
