Senior Vice President, Head of Cash Operations, Institution Banking Group Operations

Senior leader responsible for directing Cash Operations across multiple functions (Payment Operations, Payment Investigation, Transaction Screening & Operation Support, and IBG Branch Operations) within the Institution Banking Group Operations. Accountable for annual budgets, setting and achieving KPIs, and ensuring high-quality, timely processing with strong risk and control mindset. Leads a 70+ person team in Hong Kong, drives strategic projects and cross-functional partnerships, and ensures regulatory compliance with HKMA/MAS. Requires extensive experience (minimum ~15 years in payment processing for corporate banking products/services and ~10 years in senior management) and proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Degree in finance or equivalent subject; proficient in modern banking operations, risk management, and an understanding of AI capabilities in operations. Location: Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
