Job Summary
Design and build fit-for-purpose architectures that balance simplicity, quality, scale, and security while simplifying systems by removing friction and toil. Create durable reusable patterns, guardrails, and tooling to accelerate team delivery, applying strong engineering fundamentals across software design, data, testing, and distributed systems. Build software with a reliability-first mindset, incorporating secure coding practices, observability, and disciplined rollout strategies to ensure production resiliency. Leverage AI-enabled tools deliberately across the development lifecycle while maintaining human accountability for high-risk decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 15+ years of professional software development experience
- demonstrated depth in full‐stack engineering and system / application architecture
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and the design of RESTful and streaming‐based APIs
- Hands‐on experience delivering cloud‐native solutions, including microservices, containerization, and modern deployment patterns
- Working knowledge of NoSQL and distributed data stores, selected and applied appropriately at scale
- Experience leveraging AI‐enabled capabilities—including GenAI or ML‐driven services—to enhance developer productivity, system intelligence, or customer outcomes, with a pragmatic understanding of responsible use, scalability, and integration into enterprise platforms
