Job Summary
Lead management accounting activities, including internal reporting, expense analysis, and support for planning and forecasting processes. Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for senior finance leadership while analyzing key financial results to identify performance drivers and provide actionable variance commentary. Manage enterprise expense reporting and allocation activities, partnering with controllership and business stakeholders to align outputs and drive transformation through process improvement, simplification, and standardization. Utilize AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to enhance reporting, identify trends, and strengthen management insights while promoting responsible use within governance frameworks. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and collaboration, and support strategic initiatives and ad hoc financial analysis as required. Ensure all deliverables meet applicable governance, control, and data quality expectations.
Required Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant advanced degree or certification
- Significant experience in management accounting, FP&A, or related Finance function
- Strong working knowledge on IBM Planning and Analytics tool
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools, automation, or advanced analytics to improve reporting, analysis, or decision-making processes
- Strong understanding of how to apply AI responsibly within a controlled Finance environment, including awareness of data quality, governance, and risk considerations
