Job Summary
Lead PMO for FICC Markets Ops Transformation in a global senior leadership-facing role based in London. Drive the transformation agenda for Markets Operations, shaping governance, portfolio management, and delivery across global initiatives. Partner with senior leadership to define roadmaps, implement process reengineering, automation, and digital initiatives, and establish standards and tools for project management. Oversee risk/issue management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning; provide data-driven insights and executive updates. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Technology, Product, and partner teams, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Require extensive PMO and financial services experience with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities; proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and Clarity is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in PMO, project/program management, business management, or operations roles within financial services
- Proven track record in leading transformation programs, establishing PMOs, and implementing project management standards
- Strong understanding of Markets Operations, products, and regulatory environment
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- PMO experience in CIB/Markets would be preferred
- Experience with project management and data analytics tools such as MS Project, MyPM, JIRA, Clarity would be a plus
