Job Summary
Senior Vice President, EMEA Sales responsible for delivering and exceeding annual EMEA bookings and revenue targets, defining and executing NAVEX’s EMEA go-to-market strategy, and building a high-performing, geographically distributed sales organization. Lead regional sales planning, forecasting, pipeline health, and performance management; coach and develop sales leaders; sponsor and pursue strategic enterprise opportunities; drive expansion across existing and emerging markets including new verticals; collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations; represent NAVEX externally with customers, partners, and analysts; and shape long-term regional growth strategies with a focus on operational excellence, customer focus, and high performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred
