Senior Vice President, Education Services

Senior-level leader responsible for enterprise education strategy across the Iowa Hospital Association (IHA) and affiliated organizations; designs, delivers, and evaluates a portfolio of live, virtual, and hybrid education programs that advance workforce development and organizational priorities. Oversees strategy, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder engagement for education services; negotiates partnerships and contracts with speakers, vendors, and venues; guides content strategy, faculty selection, and program design; ensures program quality, financial sustainability, compliance, and measurable learning outcomes; drives innovation in education delivery using virtual platforms and learning technologies; supports leadership development and safe work practices; collaborates with senior leadership, boards, and external partners to align initiatives with member needs and strategic goals.
