Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for all data science and analytics functions within Experian's Financial Services & Data business in North America. Defines analytics strategy, leads a high-performing data professionals team, and steers models/ML features to fuel product innovation, risk mitigation, and customer personalization. Partners with product, sales, marketing, technology, and delivery to drive analytics insights, research and case studies, and oversees data applications across the enterprise. Requires extensive leadership experience, strong business acumen, and deep expertise in data technology, AI/ML, and analytics strategy. Education: MBA or equivalent experience; 15+ years in data strategy/leadership; able to work remotely in the US, hybrid, or in-office.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent experience in Data Science, Analytics or other analogous fields
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in developing and leading business-driven data strategies and progressive management and leadership experience
- Substantial depth of knowledge in Data Technology with a detailed understanding of the technology architecture, data development lifecycle and data tools and technologies
- Experience with advanced data analytics, predictive models, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
- Experience implementing data and platform strategies to deliver transformative evolution to the business
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent experience in Data Science, Analytics or other analogous fields
