Senior Vice President, Counsel​ (Asset Servicing)

Senior-level Counsel for Asset Servicing to advise on significant business transactions, regulatory matters, and strategic initiatives. Responsible for drafting and negotiating service agreements, collaborating with risk/compliance and other stakeholders, developing a broad understanding of Asset Servicing products/services, and providing clear legal guidance to leadership. Strong ability to manage multiple complex matters with excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; experience in financial services, investment servicing or management, and familiarity with technology, digital assets, and data/analytics is a plus. Requires a law degree and active license in NY, FL, or PA; 7–10+ years of relevant experience; ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver practical legal solutions across a fast-paced environment.
