Job Summary
Senior Vice President - Client Services (Healthcare) leads regional/global client-accounts, develops and maintains account plans, ensures attainment of satisfaction/retention goals, drives revenue growth and service expansion, supports Directors with renegotiations and RFPs, builds long-term client relationships at a global level, and champions operational improvements. Requires Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or Marketing and 15-18 years of client-management experience. Remote position with a broad U.S. work-from-home footprint; base salary $240k-$250k plus benefits and potential bonuses.
