Job Summary
Senior Vice President, Corporate Trust, Structured Debt, Client Service Executive to join our Manchester team. You will serve as the primary service escalation for a portfolio of high-value clients, develop client-retention strategies, monitor client health via metrics, collaborate with Operations, Product, Risk, and Legal to resolve issues, work with Client Coverage Sales and Relationship Management to drive service success, anticipate client needs with market and regulatory awareness, advocate for clients in product development and process improvements, and uphold governance, risk management, and compliance in every interaction. Requirements include 7-10 years in operations/client service/relationship management in Corporate Trust or related financial services, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), proven client-retention experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of operations, client service, or relationship management experience in Corporate Trust or related financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- MBA preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyze client health metrics and translate insights into action
- Deep understanding of Corporate Trust products, market dynamics, and operational processes
