Job Summary
Senior Vice President, Bridge/Structural Engineer – Technical Director leadership role focused on California’s bridge and infrastructure practice. Provide regional and multi-sector technical direction, serve as SME for bridges and structural projects, review deliverables for quality and safety, lead technical strategy and growth, coordinate with regional and national teams, support business development and client presentations, and mentor senior engineers to foster technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 15+ years of progressive experience in bridge and structural engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; California PE strongly preferred
- Demonstrated technical leadership across large, multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience supporting strategic growth, pursuits, and client engagement
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
