Senior Vice President - Branch Head (Hyderabad) - Health & Benefits

Own and deliver the branch P&L for the Health & Benefits business, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost discipline. Lead new business acquisition through consultative selling, expanding client portfolios via cross-line and advisory-led solutions while building a sustainable pipeline. Act as a strategic advisor to CXO-level clients, managing renewals, program redesigns, and complex escalations to ensure retention and delivery excellence. Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching members on consultative selling and technical expertise while embedding a culture of accountability and client centricity. Ensure disciplined execution across operational governance, compliance, and risk management protocols. Contribute to overall India H&B growth strategy, representing WTW in local market engagements to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.
