Job Summary
Senior Vice President of Asset Management to lead Speed Bay’s national asset-management platform for a national shallow-bay industrial portfolio. Responsible for overseeing a growing team of Regional Asset Managers, developing asset-level business plans, reviewing leasing strategies and capital plans, monitoring portfolio-wide performance (NOI, IRR, cash-on-cash, occupancy), and driving value-add initiatives and dispositions. Collaborates across acquisitions, capital markets, property management, leasing, and construction; builds repeatable processes, implements data-driven reporting, and supports investor communications. Requires leadership experience building and developing asset-management teams, strong financial Modeling, budgeting, and proficiency with Yardi/CoStar/Argus and related tools; travel nationally as needed. Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Real Estate, or Business (MBA strongly preferred); 12+ years of senior CRE asset-management experience. The role is in-office in Denver, CO or Dallas, TX, with responsibilities spanning a national portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressively senior experience in asset management within commercial real estate
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
