Senior Vice President, AI Product Management

Job Summary
Lead a flagship, high-visibility AI platform initiative for a global financial services leader. Define and own the product vision and multi-year strategy for a portfolio of AI products centered on an Agentic AI Platform. Develop and maintain a roadmap, identify high-impact use cases, and create core platform assets (AI Playbooks, reusable agent templates, architectural patterns, knowledge repository). Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from user research to detailed requirements, partnering with AI Engineering to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure architecture. Establish governance addressing ethics, bias, and fairness; drive adoption with a robust go-to-market plan; collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Technology to scale governance. Track KPIs such as user adoption, productivity gains, task automation, and business value; lead cross-functional efforts and senior leadership engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (required)
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant quantitative discipline (preferred)
- 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in product management focused on enterprise-level platforms, data products, or AI/ML solutions
- Experience building and launching 0-to-1 platforms and scaling within a large, complex enterprise
- Deep expertise in Agentic AI concepts, multi-agent systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM technologies
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Risk, Legal, Compliance
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML)
- Background in enterprise reporting, BI, data analytics, or data science platforms
- Experience in financial services domain (Operations, Risk, Finance)
- AI-related publications or demonstrated thought leadership
